Dear Raouf!
Thank you very much for your e:mail - sorry I haven't written to you a
lot earlier. My intension was to write you as soon as we got home - but
you know suddenly it is back to a busy day and time flies.
Our experience with your arrangements can be said in one word FANTASTIC
- we had an extraordinairy vacation - your people did a marvellous
job. Our expectations were very high and they were fulfilled 500%.
Send our very best to everyone who made our
Egypt dreams come true.
We only had one complain - the hotel in
Luxor - the crew very nasty -
the hotel dirty - the rooms worn down - not worse the stars etc - we
wrote it in our feedback at the hotel so they know it in details.
We went to the Winterpalace as first recommended and had a drink -
and regret that we did not stay there. At the
Nile boat we met people
who had stayed there and enjoyed it.
But still it does not change a bit our FANTASTIC trip to your beautiful
country.
If we come back we will have you to arrange it again and we happily
recommend you in
Denmark.

We have now arrived home safe and sound and have settled back into home and work life.
I thought I would write to say how much we enjoyed the trip over to
Egypt thanks to your fantastic organising and support throughout our 3 week trip.
From the start of my correspondence with you over the internet including your quick efficient replies to my emails etc I felt we would be in safe hands with your company. It was good to meet you on arrival at the airport, the follow up phone calls during our tour, the confirmation of flights for us, made our trip so much easier.
We could not fault the transfer arrangements on all occasions (especially the 3am pickup from the airport) and our husbands formed a friendly relationship with both representatives and drivers. The upgrades at the hotels which included looking out over the
Nile and pyramids was very special. A big thank you for organizing Mohammad to be our guide throughout our trip. He is a terrific guide and Egyptologist. We feel and hope that we formed a special rapport with him and we take home fond memories of our travels. Please pass on once again our thanks.
Finally and most importantly (and as you assured us) we had a safe trip throughout
Egypt and I would not hesitate in referring any one to you.
